certainly neither an insider or a fan of MTC, but I DO want rail across the Richmond San Rafael Bridge. In my view, that link is useful. The bus is way too slow and expensive.

On the issue of "subsidy per rider" there are many ways to fiddle those ##. Assuming the fleet can be increased and more operators employed, we should see more riders.
