I hope it forces the question WHAT for once and all is to be expected from PTC. There's a lot of misconceptions floating around...and for the millions of dollars that have been spent at the Gov's insistence...wouldn't it be interesting (read that how many more derailments do we need) in the end the railroads throw up their hands...or even come after the Government for monies lost in this fatal effort?
