If I understand it correctly, FEMA will now be taking the quantities and coming up with their estimate and what the POTB will qualify for. As FEMA reps stated in a public meeting, that number could very well be millions of dollars in either direction of the contractor's estimate. That number may not come out until November some time, so until then we wait. I think the POTB is still doing debris removal clearing along the line.
