State Belt Ry.

I had a nice phone conversation this afternoon with Doug Richter who told me that he recently visited the State Belt Ry. along the Embarcadero in SF. He went on to add that both Alco S-2s had been repainted and there was evidence of recent trackwork hinting at new business. Can anybody confirm and add to this, thanks.
