If you know Doug, then you know he's not the type to come up with tall tales. I thank the earlier posters here who clarified my inital post. I was in error about business along the Embarcadero. Doug did mention a bridge over Islas Creek, but I had forgotten this. Nonetheless, he did say that both engines (23 & 25 ?) have been recently painted & look fresh and that there was recent trackwork in the area of Islas Creek.
