CN Strike

Since the CN strike started, I have noticed the operations of the connecting railroads picking up the business. One that stands out to me was seeing an intermodal (all 20' and 40' cans) parked at Fraser Mills, BC, waiting for EB track clearance. This is odd, as the origin was likely Fraser-Surrey Docks, or possibly Roberts Bank- though not likely. This CP train would have been much shorter if CN were in full operations. It would have been 20-30 cars instead of being too big for the siding that can easily store a unit grain or potash train.

Also noticed the BNSF locomotive sets have nearly doubled, and none so far that I have seen parked at CN's Thornton Yard. Is there a lot more noticeable traffic on the BNSF North of Everett, WA? I hear that Stevens Pass is clogged with trains. Is this extra traffic going via Stampede?

Thanks
