Foul mouthed? yes. But the cop(s) were exemplifying why they should be disarmed and retrained. Arresting someone for feet on the seat is so completely silly, and busting the second woman for simply standing there berating him for his despicable behavior is totally bogus. First step, BART should honor the Fast Passes atDaly City where several Muni troutes originate/terminate, AND return to ALL Fast Passes honored by BART--not just the pricey "Premium" version. No doubt sales taxes are regressive--precisely why they are supported by high income voters for whom the differential is unimportant.
