Clem,

I know you may have had your hands full today, with all of the loonies at the meeting. But, this response does not really answer to any of the issues about the poor decisions in planning, and the utter and complete mismanagement of the CHSRA, including financial mismanagement, which may require CA repaying $3.5 billion in Federal Funds for failure to comply with most of the required Federal Funding rules and/or meeting the required deadlines, that this audit raises, does it?

And, Aunt Maude, which of your alter ego handles, do you feel is the real you?
