Frequencies depend upon the RR systems. IIRC BN uses freq in the 150mh band while UP uses 980mh band. In any case all equipment installed needs to be universal as it needs to work on all RRs that may use foreign road unit in the lead of a train.

You can search the internet for freq assignments of PTC bands by RR.
