To unk diego.Yes i do wonder wye BNSF would not want to allow the PSRR trackage rights to the Cudahay spurs north of Old Town.The Union Tribune news paper warehouse and a couple of other industries are there.The PSRR would only take over 3 round trip locals from Stuart Mesa to Escondido and 2 round trip locals from Stuart Mesa to Miramar a week.As for any activity north of Stuart Mesa.That is normaly on an as needed basis.The northern boundery would be CP Songs near county line to southern boundry at CP Cumbers and Miramar branch.
