So you lack the competence, wisdom and sobriety to discuss my specific point about deregulation of the railroad industry which was made possible by the legislation which Carter signed. If you have general, non-freight railroad related complaints about Jimmy Carter, there are plenty of other echo chamber internet forums for you.
