WATER FLOWS DOWNHILL, RAILPAC TAKES CREDIT
October Surprise, 2008

After more than two years of nudging and cajoling by RailPAC, after a heavy rain storm, water flowed downhill.

For many years there was no rain. Then it rained and finally, due to RailPAC's influence, water flowed downhill. RailPAC thanks God, Mother Nature, and Bibendum, the Michelin tire cartoon figure. The change takes effect immediately, you may witness water flowing downhill, right now! No longer need humans be frustrated by rising water, thanks to RailPAC.

Now we push ahead with the bigger task, to forge some cooperation between God and @#$%& to improve public relations.
