All gobbly-gook and subderfuge.

I regularly attend the LOSSAN meetings and Dyson was the only one that brought this up over and over again. I know he had at least one meeting with the Amtrak boss, because I saw them talking about it after a LOSSAN meeting.

It was an issued discussed at the last Railpac meeting in Southern California.

It was never brought up at NARP, TRAC, Transit Coalition meetings to the best of my knowledge, although I don't go to Transit Coalition meeting anymore becasue it seems no one is allowed to talk except the president.

Nothing is done in a vacum, but until someone can idenitify someone else, I glad to give Dyson and Railpac the credit.
