Omnitrax and PGR are in "negotiations" as to what is going to happen with the San Poil line. Omnitrax wants out, as in selling it outright. PGR is not currently in a position to buy it. Therefore, last word is that there will be some kind of arrangement worked out for PGR to lease/operate it until such a time comes that they can purchase it. The scenario on what is going to happen with that line has changed almost weekly, so stay tuned.
