Over there precision punctuality is ingrained in their culture. You've got to build in a lot more slack time here, because some patronage flunkies somewhere will gum up the works. Plus all the timewasting overkill rules resulting from decades of trial lawyers, dumb juries, and hack judges abusing the legal system.
Be sure to thank your Democrat officials for creating and protecting all of that.
