This time, according to sources, the problem is on the Washington side of the line and WSDOT won't fix the line since there are no shippers in Washington. No filings have been made with
Surface Transportation Board for any of the WSDOT lines that are not getting service. WSDOT
recently spent nearly a million dollars fixing the WI&M street trackage in downtown Palouse.
WSDOT recently turned all the Xing signals sideways in Pullman on the ex-BNSF lines.
