Ok hold on everybody. I was just trying to explain the historic situation on the WIM. Or historic being while I was involved. I had nothing to do with anything to do with the WIM since 2014. The one comment I saw was why where the poles turned away over storage cars. Storage cars had nothing to do with why we passed on the traffic. When we signed our lease on WIM with watco we got land under track and that is it. Watco asked if we where using the ground to lease it. They didn’t want much at all for it. Couple hundred bucks a month. Stella-Jones said no way would they pay a dime for anything like a place to load cars. That and we had a legitimate safety problem with them. Cars overloaded and not just a little bit. We had one car that wobbled real bad. It ended up tippling over in pasco yard. We kept having to get on them regarding idler flats. The last straw came in Marshall when I was yarding a train. There where two long loads of poles both sharing one idler flat. The long poles where the very top poles on the cars. It was at night and as we where putting train away i made a cut between idler flat and poles. In the dark I didn’t think anything about it because the cut levers where not wired down. I assumed that the idler was being used on the other end. After almost destroying some poles when we came back for a joint. And the icing on the cake was those same two loads came back as BNSF had bad ordered them for over height. They @#$%& at me about how much of a hassle it was to come to Marshall to reload cars. And what where they going to do with the hand full of poles they had to remove to make loads legal. Since they had said they would not invest in shipping with us in any way. And how many problems we where having with them. I said thanks but no thanks. Storage cars had nothing to do with it. They had been throwing it in my face that they preferred loading cars somewhere in Lewiston area. We where happy to see them go.

On subject of service announcements. Yes you are supposed to file an embargo if you stop servicing a line. I have no idea what or if anything was done on this front.
