Intermodal on Stampede??

Saw an eastbound Z-train in Spokane Wednesday afternoon that was entirely single stack.
Other than being all single stack, it was the usual assortment of Hunt, Swift, UPSU,
Fedex containers. Last time I saw a train like this was a few years ago when Steven's
Pass line was closed due to a tunnel problem and Z and Q trains were detoured over Stampede
Pass. It this the case today??
