I've driven down wood street a few times over the last year and a large homeless encampment has been there for quite a long time and it fouls the tracks where the lead to Pyro crosses Wood.

Here's a December 2016 view showing a string of hoppers in the yard. You can see the beginnings of the encampment. The next street view is from January 2018 and no cars preseent. [www.google.com]

I checked the historical imagery in Google Earth. The last sat photo capturing a hopper at Pyro is March 2017. There's about six dates since then that are in Google Earth and no cars there, including this month.
