I suggest you get a copy of "Coast Lines Depots, Valley Division" which covers all of the branches you're interested in except for the Buttonwillow branch (it would be too time-consuming for me to mention all of the various depots on these branches on this forum).

On the Buttonwillow branch, two SP Standard No. 18 depots were erected in 1893, one at Stevens and one at Buttonwillow. The depot at Stevens was never opened; it probably was moved to McKittrick in 1901 (the SP wasn't building Standard No. 18 depots in 1901 so the depot at McKittrick almost certainly had to have come from Stevens).
