According the the French version of Wikipedia, there are 7 units in various state of disrepair around.

One unit (62029) may actually be operational, and found at the Chemin de fer touristique du Rhin, at the Gare de Volgelsheim near Strasbourg.

The last units were retired by the SNCF in 1993, after doing work trains on the construction of the TGV Nord line.
