Not much help from my side, sorry 'bout that…

FWIW, when looking around for more info about the "yayas", I stumbled over a sentence stating that they were in the same kind of order as the 141R steam locomotives.

They, too, were based on an US production locomotive and adapted for use in Europe (in this case, they got A1A trucks to lower the axle load to a areasonable number).

I do have some books in cold storage which could be helpful (author James W. Kerr, DPA-LTA publisher). But it will take some time until I can get my hands on them.
