The "SP freight on NWP" shots in the middle of the video are all on the first several miles north out of Willits, starting at the crossing over 101 off the north end of town and then several other spots north of there. What we're seeing in those shots is actually the first months of North Coast Railroad operations, they used mostly SD-9s leased from the SP until their fleet of six leased GP-9s showed up.
