Now THAT'S interesting! Wonder if/when he will tumble to the fact that the current manager in Cheyenne has spent more money from 2011-2018, then was previously spent from 1987-2010. Plus, with all that money spent, there was 3 years with absolutely no steam at all, and one year with only one trip (not to mention only one sort-of operational locomotive, i.e. 844). One would think that such financial numbers would be a real eye opener.
