A Spokane closure worth noting

Passing through Spokane a couple of days ago and stopped at the hobby shop Sunset Junction Model Trains and sadly learned that the owner is retiring and closing the store at the end
of January. The new pedestrian bridge over the BNSF has sparked some redevelopment and his
building has been sold. The store (business) is for sale, but if there are no takers it will close at the end of the month. I have been stopping there for close to 30 years and have found many bargains and made several friends of fellow customers. Railfanning the Funnel just won't be the same.
