Are you asking about the small yard in East Oakland that's south of 5th Avenue, between I-880 and BART's maintenance facility? If so, it's called East Oakland Yard. I drove by it today and didn't see any RailBox cars, just TBOX cars. Are those the big yellow box cars with black doors you're asking about? If so, they're from the TTX box car leasing pool and in this case, carry rolls of heavy paper used in making corrugated boxes.
