Reported PG&E approaching big banks hat in hand

The rail connection is of course BART and soon Caltrain very large electricity consumers.

There have already been demonstrations protesting alleged kid-glove treatment of PG&E. And I assume at some point the Feds, no matter what party in power, are going to demand some more stringent forestry management. Maybe even some no-build zones tho the developers would fight that tooth and nail.
