A genset unit made out of a 70-tonner would really be cool! Maybe they could convert the 600 as a mini-genset and keep it around for heritage. I doubt that the 70-tonners would be very successful as a genset unless in multiple...there isn't much room under that hood for much machinery and the weight to horsepower ratio made them much more slippery than a SW-1 of the same horsepower but 30 tons heavier.

If they are forced to scrap them as part of the deal maybe at least one can be saved...it's a shame that this little road has to be "modernized".
