OK, get your point, and it's certainly not as bad as Elwood's condos overhanging the yard throat. And yes, swing that street view around and there's a new standard apartment block (not townhousy things) on the other side of the crossing that's even closer. A second block of new townhouses is also visible facing the other way - doesn't look to me like the construction is much heavier than standard stuff. And complaints and lawsuits are one thing; success with them is something else.
