The burned out bridge is between Pullman and Colfax. Colfax is still reachable by rail out of Endicott. Pullman Civic Trust has been pushing for the last 10-15 years to turn Colfax to Pullman into a trail. WSDOT has aided that effort by removing crossing signals in Pullman, as well as removing rails out of grade crossings in Pullman on the ex UP line.
