There was never a pool agreement in place to share the footage from the air. The week before the event Jason offered to purchase about 30 seconds of footage of the festival grounds from the air, but I gave him that and footage of the two steamers at no charge as a courtesy. I don't think Jason expected anything more. I had no financial interest in the event program and nor did I receive any payment for it.
I made a huge financial outlay for the aerial footage that included the $11,000 camera mount and a flight bill of around $4000. For this reason I was rather captive of the footage as I sunk a lot into the online project. I wanted whatever benefit there was from the aerial footage for the web site. If people wanted to see the aerial footage I wanted them to join the web site.
As for the programs you can view them here: [

Early next year we will be developing a Train Channel on Roku that will allow our members to view our programs on their HDTV's. For now you can watch them on the web.
