The NCRA is not going to get their @#$%& together because it is being dissolved this year as a result of State Senator Mike McGuire’s bill, signed by Governor Brown. The right to use and control the right of way from Willits south is being transferred to SMART. They will undoubtedly arrange for a freight operator to handle whatever part of the route is usable.
