So Barry Zoeller wants to build out his tracts in the dreaded Convergence Zone where the San Andreas and the Garlock meet instead of areas too "steep" to build? How about it is close to the freeway? Duh

The railroad connection? Tejon-Grapevine is a natural chokepoint that should be Constitutionally free of embargoes or property owner "tolls" and where there should be an rr, going back to the Santa Fe just prior to WWI.
