Hey we all got a development smack dab right next to the San Andreas and Garlock fault convergence. By the time the suckers... I mean new home buyers move in, we will have all of that money, and the peons and @#$%& complaining will be dead. Hell, I will be dead by then also. And when the Big One happens, then homes we build today might be piles of sticks tomorrow. Who cares Mouse?

To make it railroad related: Santa Fe had their chance to build across our land, but SP needed or wanted help with the upkeep of the T loop line, and struck the deal we have today.....
