Spreader EB Stampede Pss

3:10 PM Friday, what appeared to be a spreader just went by MP92.5 at the Cranmar grade crossing (SE 216th) on the Stampede Sub. Snow does not seem to be all that bad or threatening, perhaps it was down for some maintenance?
I was just coming into view when it cleared the grade crossing, powered by two units.
