The coal-fired electric plants are all being moved to China beginning next year and this will be Anschutz's dream come true... US coal being exported from the Port of Coos Bay to China, except the Modoc Line won't be in place, but the Coos Bay Branch will be reopened to handle such traffic.

Wonder who might end-up with the RailAmerica properties??
