First of all, I do not live in Marin or Sonoma counties but I have family in both.

The statement that SMART will lose "...again" is misleading. The previous ballot measure passed with a majority in both counties. It was only because of the anti-democratic 2/3 requirement that it was not approved. A minority in Marin County, barely 1/3 of the votes cast, blocked passage.

And if you want to see lies and misrepresentations, just look at some of the statements made by the anti-SMART folks.
