Hey scott,

Have you bothered to read the ballot arguments? Check out what
proponents said. Check out their mailers. They're saying
SMART will alleviate traffic. They're saying this despite
a $4 million ridership study that says it will have NO IMPACT
on traffic anytime anywhere.

So, who's misleading whom?
