And don't forget the reality of the situation:

SMART's GM and Board members have zero interest in
overseeing freight operations. There is no expertise
nor funding to pay for SMART's high administrative costs.
Just compare Farhad's salary with Mitch Stogner's and that
will tell you all you need to know.

It's always been about how much the state is going
to cough up to have NWP give up the Lease Agreement.

Does anyone think Doug Bosco really wants to operate a freight
railroad?
