Ill just say, I think this whole trail nonsense is setting SMART/California/New Trail Organization to get sued. Freight customers that have invested in rail infrastructure will be upset. Ranchers don't want to deal with hipsters getting lost and starting fires in the Eel River. CATS/Friends of the Eel River will get upset because they are not getting their way. This is going to be a mess.
