So, it's evil Gavin if he tells the truth and stops the outrageous waste of the runaway money train, and it's also "evil" Gavin, in your angry little world, for not continuing spew a CHSRA line of bull$hit, too?
There were reasons that I've posted on here, as to why and how, the Federal funds could lapse for the "segments" of HSR, that Congress funded. There are, of course, all of the temper tantrums by childish politicians to listen too, for what that is worth. But, in the end, there is what the law says, what is in the funding agreements, and how do those affect the legal and administrative processes, for either lapsing and/or rescinding Federal funding, which will likely determine any final reimbursements. And then, there's you, peddling some useless angry horse crap.
