Rich, maybe the CMO reporting marks are just for accounting purposes, as I suspected. But that means the AAR /ICC /STB / ??? still recognizes the roads existence in some form. I believe this is what the original post referred to.
Tom,I believe the ex - GN & NP woodchip hoppers have all received new reporting marks, ( GRRX ??? ), to indicate their removal from BNSF ownership. The ancient Espee sugar beet cars were transferred & relettered for major customer Union Sugar, when they became too old for even captive service under SP ownership.
