A cautionary tale for those who are all-in with PSR? Kraft downgraded due to fallout from, among other things, aggressive cost-cutting: [www.reuters.com]

It's interesting that some of the early adopters of PSR (CN & CP) have gone back to expansion in limited ways. Perhaps they realized that cutting costs goes only so far before it hurts the company?
