Not that hard to put back in service, might have to get an air test and a fresh air date. Some auto parts cars are being converted to haul giant rolls of tissue paper. Older 70-ton Rail Boxes, if still under the TTX banner, might get scrapped, however, scrap prices have been falling like a rock lately too. Not much wear on cars that don't move, most problems come from brake beams rusting and condensation in air system (rare these days), plus a little vandalism.
