The Railway Age link is excellent; I just hate to not send traffic to the Altamont site, which has been so supportive of all of us news junkies over the years. Maybe the solution, Dave Curlee, is a sort of portal reference at the front end of Altamont Press like the Drudge Report has, which links say 10 websites that carry regular rail news - Railnews, Railway Age, Progressive Railroading, etc. At that same point, a news discussion forum is available at this location for individuals to post specific rail-related topics from other sources. This would let you keep the important day-to-day updates from the biggest rail news providers in one place, so traffic is still coming your way. Regardless, this site has been 'the location' for rail news for many of us. I hope we can find a way to at least transition into the near future. -
