It should be noted that for this to become a problem the DTX must first be built. And the solution will eventually (not in my lifetime) be the twin tunnels across the bay. Just as the run through tracks at LAUPS (nee LAUPT) will greatly increase the capacity there, the tunnels to the East Bay will do the same here.

The discussion alone should give years of enjoyment to the spare time of many.
