Yeah, because I-5 was just a peach as well. U.S. 101 is also closed north of Brookings, I-5 has numerous delays Eugene all the way to the California border, Oregon 138, 58, and U.S. 20 are all closed as well. About the only semi-reliable route is U.S. 97 to U.S. 26 and that forces you up and over Mount Hood.
If anyone should be worried it's Amtrak, since effectively Portland has no rail service with all service south suspended, no current westbound Empire Builder scheduled to arrive...but Alaska, Southwest and Delta are all happy to take your money and fly you.
