Feather river route closed- rock slide again

Rock slide this morning closed the line near Poe, damaged up high-rail truck running gear. All appropriate parties are responding for slide cleanup. Flash flood warnings around Oroville. County blocking a couple side roads off of highway 99 due to being submerged. Quite a winter, Cal-P
