Niles Canyon - new coach (SP?)

I see Niles acquired a new coach. Painted Daylight colors, but don't know its background.

The NWP moved a Daylight painted coach last summer. But looking at the video, the condition of the car looks different. Not related I guess?

Anyone have info on these cars?
