Re: PCC (WSDOT) line shut down

FYI-This is the part of the WSDOT lines operated by WATCO.
Washington Eastern recently took over operations of the former CW lines and the
P&L line currently operated by the Washington and Idaho is up for renewal and will
likely end up with a new operator.
